tala88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tala88 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
tala88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tala88 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the accuracy of any information contained therein.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude tala88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
tala88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if tala88 reasonably believes that: you have breached any provision of these Terms; your account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; you have provided false or misleading information; or your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to tala88, other players, or third parties.
Upon termination of your account, your right to access and use the tala88 Platform will immediately cease. Any bonus funds in your account at the time of termination will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be handled in accordance with tala88's standard withdrawal procedures, subject to any ongoing investigations or legal holds.
You may request the closure of your tala88 account at any time by contacting tala88 customer support.
